i finally figured out what to do with a bunch of leftover hanging candle lanterns from my wedding...that was 4 years ago...
take a $1 solar light from dollar tree...unscrew the top...guerilla glue it to the top of your candle lantern...and viola!

not bad for a nice backyard glow...the price isn't bad either. :)
